More about this product

If you have fast-growing cuticles that need to be trimmed often and you like the convenience of a lightweight, inexpensive tool, this cuticle trimmer is a good choice. With no moving parts, it's as easy as sliding the v-shaped blade over your unwanted cuticles and hangnails.

1. Wash your hands in warm, soapy water or use after a shower or bath. Clean, softened cuticles are the goal.

2. Gently push back your cuticles with the rounded end (bottom) of the Cuticle Trimmer's handle or a manicure stick. Remember to be gentle and only push back the excess that is creeping onto the nail plate.

3. Place the v-shaped blade of the Cuticle Trimmer on your nail plate at a 45 degree angle and slide it gently, from sidewall to sidewall, across the excess cuticle that has been pushed back. Use caution and do not trim toward the the base of your finger (where your live cuticle is). Do not apply firm pressure; the blade should slide across the nail plate without scratching it.

Carefully wipe the Cuticle Trimmer blade with a dry towel or cloth to remove any trimmed skin or debris. The blade can also be swabbed with rubbing alcohol to disinfect. Allow it to air dry before storing it in the protective pouch.
